Mohit is a seasoned HR professional and ICF-certified executive coach with over 25 years of experience in the global finance and consumer sectors. He has held senior HR roles at notable organizations, including BFAM Partners, Manulife, Carlsberg, HSBC, and GE Capital.

After leaving BFAM Partners at the end of 2023, Mohit founded Green Lane Talent Management, a consulting firm focused on recruiting for financial markets, coaching, leadership development, and talent management. He collaborates with CEOs and senior executives to drive behavioral changes that enhance commercial outcomes and focuses on leadership effectiveness, career development, and navigating organizational change.

Mohit holds an MBA, and Six Sigma certifications, and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). He is skilled in various psychometric assessments, including PRISM and Hogan, and is certified in Change Management and Project Management.
